The Spanish aluminium industry in figures

The Spanish aluminium industry covers all stages, from alumina production to recycling, and is one of the leading industries in Europe by its figures and its capacity for growth. An approximation of its basic magnitudes can be seen in the attached table.

Statistics Working Group

Statistics on extrusion in Spain:

Monthly production and demand: This is a survey in which we intend to track the evolution of the ""order entry"" and the ""net production"" manufactured during each month.
We intend to collect individual information from as many extrusion companies as possible, so that the evolution of the aggregate data has the maximum significance when it comes to representing the evolution of all the companies in the sector and allows each company to compare the results of the survey with its own individual evolution.
Annual production: Aimed at all the Spanish extrusion companies whose data we collect with the Aluminium supplying companies in order to produce the most reliable results possible on the production of extruded Aluminium in our country.
Foreign trade: We analyse the evolution of imports and exports based on the data published by the Administration.
Key figures of the industry: we periodically elaborate this survey with economic data from the accounting filed by the companies in the Mercantile Register.
