Today SARO has two industrial warehouses in one of the best-located industrial estates in Vitoria. The excellent communications of the city, as well as its proximity to France, make SARO a competitive company also in the neighbouring country. In these pavilions, there are three machines for surface treatment. One of them is a vertical production machine for lacquering aluminium profiles. Its two booths allow for colour changes without loss of production. In this machine, special importance has been given to pre-treatment, always offering marine quality in all its production. There is another line of imitation wood treatment by sublimation where it is possible to make both profiles and flat sheets. This design can be fully customised, with a wide range of finishes already developed and available to our customers. The third, horizontal production facility is designed for the pre-treatment of aluminium or aluminium alloys as well as steel. In both cases, nanotechnological processes with a total absence of toxic substances are offered. Changes in the pre-treatment baths are carried out very quickly and with full guarantees. We also have a recently installed spray booth with the latest technical advances such as the automatic mixing of virgin and recovered powder or the automatic detection of the dimensions of the part. In the vertical plant, it is possible to paint bars up to 7 m long. On the horizontal machine, the permissible length is 8.5m. In this installation, we have the QUALISTEELCOAT quality certificate for the lacquering of steel in a C5M environment. The vertical line has a high production capacity. Quality control and packaging are carried out at the machine, optimising response times for the customer. Work on the horizontal line is mainly focused on the automotive, structural engineering, and white goods sectors. To supply both facilities there is a paint warehouse with minimum stocks depending on the needs of our customers. SARO has always given great importance to the foreign market and proof of this is that in recent years a part of SARO's total activity has been destined for export.
